My name is Taylor Young. I’ve been a bartender for over 10 years. I spent ten years working at the Cheesecake Factory, learning how they are able to produce consistently exceptional food and drinks for every customer, every time. Their exacting standards, clockwork-like operations, and uncompromising attention to detail, instilled into me for over a decade, have sharpened me into, let’s be real… a great fucking bartender.
