Events & Staffing

  • We generally plan for one bartender per 75 guests, assuming about one drink per guest per hour. If your event expects heavier or lighter consumption, we’ll adjust staffing accordingly.

Setup & Travel

  • For events requiring a mobile bar setup, we arrive 2 hours before service starts. For events with a bar already there, we arrive 1 hour before.
